Zacuto C300 Mark III Z-Finder Recoil Pro

The Canon Z-Finder Recoil Pro V2 is a shoulder rig designed specifically for the Canon C300 Mark III and Canon C500 Mark II. This next-generation Recoil rig provides optimal balance and comfort, whether shoulder-mounted or tripod-mounted. By relocating the camera’s focus, monitoring, and control points forward, the rig achieves a properly balanced setup that positions the camera directly over the shoulder, creating a shorter, lighter, and more stable configuration.

Included Components:

VCT Pro Baseplate – Features a sliding top plate for quick camera removal or fast lens changes, a built-in curved shoulder pad, and a V-wedge tripod connector compatible with 1/4"-20 and 3/8"-16 screws. It includes removable and extendable 6.5" iris rods, multiple 1/4"-20 mounting holes along the sides, quick-release 15mm rod components in the rear, and a recessed rod mount providing maximum accessory space beneath the lens.

Rosette Trigger Grip – Relocates the Canon GR-V1 camera grip to a comfortable handgrip position for shoulder use. The grip allows full 360° single-handed rotation with the press of a trigger and includes the required cable extension.

Top Plate – Equipped with a built-in Z-Rail for adding a tactical handle or reattaching the Canon handle. The plate offers multiple 1/4"-20 and 3/8"-16 mounting points and a 15mm rod port at the back for a Zamerican arm or other 15mm accessories.

Tactical Handle – A versatile handle that can function as a top handle, left-hand grip, or right-hand grip with a simple ratcheting lever. The slim design is comfortable to hold, and the built-in Z-Rail provides multiple 1/4"-20 screw points for accessories like an Atomos recorder or monitor using a Universal Monitor Mount. It also includes a cold shoe and 15mm rod port for mounting the Axis Micro or EVF mount.

Axis Micro – A compact, highly articulated EVF mount designed to attach to the top of the camera setup while leaving ample space at the lens for focusing. It works with wide lenses and is suitable for both shoulder-mounted Recoil configurations and tripod setups. The mount is quick to install and remove.

Canon Z-Finder with Rosette Mount – An optical viewfinder designed to attach to the Canon LM-V2 4.3" LCD monitor, compatible with the C500 Mark II and C300 Mark III. The Z-Finder magnifies the LCD display by 1.8x and features a diopter wheel for precise focus adjustments. Included Z-Finder Extender Frames extend the glass further from the LCD for users who are farsighted, offering a diopter range of -2.5 to 0. Additional drop-in diopters are available for further adjustment. Interchangeable anti-fog diopters (-1, +1, +2, +3, +4) ensure sharp focus and clarity. The Rosette mount allows integration with the Axis Micro EVF.
