Who are we looking for?

We are looking for an energetic, communicative colleague who is eager to learn and has affinity with technology and/or audio-visual equipment.


Your responsibilities

As an Account Manager at Aspectra, you are the first point of contact for our customers. You will work closely with our sales and marketing team and support in:

  • Preparing and following up on quotations
  • Advising customers (dealers, broadcasters, rental houses) on our product portfolio
  • Processing orders and handling administrative tasks
  • Maintaining customer contact via phone, email and chat
  • Contributing to marketing activities, product launches and trade shows
  • Providing stock and lead time information
  • Accurately maintain customer records & report market activity
  • Tracking market developments and reporting to management

You will work in a dynamic, informal environment within a small team, where independence and responsibility are valued.


We expect you to have:

  • HNC+/degree (or equivalent) level of work and thinking
  • Good command of spoken & written English
  • A service-minded and commercial attitude
  • Accuracy and a sense for administrative processes
  • Interest in AV, film or broadcast equipment (preferred, not mandatory)
  • Residing in the United Kingdom & with the right to work in the UK
  • Entrepreneurial mind-set
  • The remote nature of this position requires a high degree of autonomy & the confidence to make decisions
